At DTYStore.com we take pride in our product quality and craftsmanship.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply contact our customer satisfaction department for a return authorization.

 Bedding

• You may return or exchange unopened, unused products within 30 days of receipt of your order
• Depending on the reason for the return you may be responsible for return shipping charges, these charges will be deducted from your refund
• We will not accept returns that have been damaged through improper care or normal wear and tear.
• Any used items or returns received outside of the 30-day time frame are subject to a restocking fee starting at 15% we will only refund or replace items with manufactures defects (see warranty information on individual products)
• Returns will be credited to the original form of payment and issued within 48 hours once the item has been received and inspected at our processing center.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement once your return has been processed
• Price adjustments will be given for current promotions on orders placed within 30 days of the promotion
• Clearance items are non-refundable
• Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of date on your return authorization
• Returns sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted

 Furniture 

• If you are unhappy with your furniture purchase, please contact our customer service department within 10 days of receipt of your product for a return authorization.

• Furniture items must be returned unassembled and in the original carton
• Price adjustments will be given for current promotions on orders placed within 30 days of the promotion
• Clearance items are non-refundable
• Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of date on your return authorization
